Small Jobs, Faux Finishes, Pool Decking, Patio and Wooden Decks
No job is too big or too small. I put the same amount of time and
effort completely repainting a home as I do staining a deck. As you can see from the photos below, I can handle any project that you have. From pressure washing and staining a deck, painting a bathroom wall, or performing a very artistic faux painting and finishing a large all of your house or office.
Here are a few examples of some smaller jobs that I have performed over the years.

The following slides are of a fence that belongs to a condo association in LaGrange. The fence was several hundred feet long and was neglected for many years exposed to the harsh New York elements. I pressure washed it then stained it with an oil base stain.

This is a pool decking project in the city of Poughkeepsie. I started by pressure washing the pool decking which removed the dirt and debris and open the porosity of the concrete to soak in the two coats of acrylic latex.

This project was a deck in Carmel, NY.
I began by pressure washing the deck - as you can see by the photos how close and intimate I had to get to the deck to release the dirt and impurities. After I pressured washed the desk and let it dry, I then gave it a light sanding which allows the stain to sink in and be absorbed by the wood and bond correctly. I then gave it two coats of oil based Cabot stain.

This was a room in a residential home in the City of Poughkeepsie. The customer noticed some peeling and bubbling of the paint and contacted me to perform an inspection. This was common water damage that led to bacteria and mold.
I scraped the bad area, cleaned it with bleach and vinegar, gave it two coats of Spackle, primed and painted.

This was a bedroom in a home in Hyde Park, NY. The homeowner wanted the wallpaper removed and replaced paint.
I pulled the top coat of wallpaper off. This left the glue backing on the wall. I used a special chemical to remove the glue backing then washed the walls down, prepped the walls and ceiling, then applied two coats of top quality interior paint.
